Some people of Bagram said that these products should have been handed around to Afghan forces in lieu of currently being scrapped through the US army. But US forces have claimed the gear are going to be scrapped so it does not slide into enemy arms. The Afghan govt has stated that devices really worth $1 billion are going to be handed more than to your Afghan forces.
